Loubieh bzeit (Green beans)

Fry chopped onion, 2 or 3 garlic cloves in olive oil till transclucent. Add cleaned and cut beans and cook covered over small fire till tender, tossing from time to time.

When nearly done add peeled tomatoes (Add a little water, only if neccessary).
