Derwish's rosary (Vegetarian ratatouille)
Cut in regular chunks the following vegetables: carrots, green beans, onion, vegetable marrow (courgette), potatoes, eggplants. Put them in layers in pan or cooking pot, cover with tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Cook in oven or on small fire (Add water if needed only).
